PROCEDURES FOR PORTRAIT DAY:

1.  Please have all envelopes together and filled out.  Please stress to

 your parents the importance of each student having his/her own

 envelope with payment on photo day.  The envelope must be given to

 the photographer when each child’s portrait is taken.

2.  We usually start with the youngest class.  The children are photographed

 according to height.  The children line up shortest to tallest, in each class. 

 Please have at least three children ready for portraits at all times, to

 expedite portrait day.

3. For schools who choose to do group photographs: Let us know if you

 prefer to do group photos before, or after, individual photos.  We prefer

 to do group photos outside, if you have a suitable location.

As a service, for each 10 packages purchased, we will photograph one paid

staff member complimentary.  No child will be photographed in the place

of a teacher.

If you wish siblings to be photographed who do not attend school, we

prefer to photograph them before we start with your students.  Please

inform your parents the prices are the same for siblings, but that no class

picture will be included.

If your school chooses to offer class group pictures, the school receives

 one complimentary copy of each class picture. Paid staff members receive

 a complimentary group photo of their class.  Class photos may be purchased

for $10.00 each

Although our services and background are designed for an individual portrait,

 we will be glad to accommodate parents who want to have two children

photographed together (maximum of three individuals).
